A Province-wide Systems Evaluation of the Drug Treatment Funding Program (DTFP)

The Drug Treatment Funding Program (DTFP) is a Health Canada initiative to build a systems-level response to problems of substance abuse in Canada.  In this evaluation, the Evaluation Centre combined developmental evaluation approaches with impact evaluation to build connections between the multiple DTFP programs and also study the initial impacts of DTFP funding.  The results from the evaluation informed the decision to sustain the program.
