Assumptions and Risks
ASSUMPTION - The RFP is sufficiently disseminated to appropriate researchers and communities of knowledge users in Canada and internationally.
RISK – If requirements of the program are too intensive (e.g. require too many partnerships that can’t be created/confirmed in the time frame allotted) then promising potential applicants may choose not to submit a proposal, or those selected cannot fulfill the commitments made in their proposal.
